1. Free Membership
Users can register and use basic features of the platform without any charge.
Since there is no monetary transaction, refund terms are not applicable for free accounts.
2. Paid Membership / Premium Services
Users who purchase premium plans to access additional features (such as contact details, chat, visibility boosts, etc.) are entitled to use those services for the duration of the subscription.
All payments made for premium membership are non-refundable once the plan is activated and the features are accessible.
3. Non-Usage of Services
Refunds will not be issued for non-usage of the platform or any part of the service.
It's the responsibility of the user to utilize the features offered during their subscription period.
4. Auto-Renewal Subscriptions (if applicable)
If your plan includes auto-renewal, you can cancel it anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Charges incurred due to failure to cancel in time are non-refundable.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare circumstances:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
Unauthorized transaction reported within 48 hours of the charge.
